Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at purehushsa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
